Station to Station, a big IPA blending all that’s best in North American and Antipodean varietals. Getting some on point Simcoe of recent and assaulting a tank with it to make Drone Logic left us with a deep desire to lash some extra juice on it. What better juice than a decent whack of Galaxy.
100% whirlpool hopped, fermented on London Ale III and dry hopped to 18g/L with an even split of Galaxy and Simcoe leaves you with a beer that screams of pineapples, passion fruit, apricots and melons.
It’s as bright as it gets, with an oily backbone that’s both full and balanced while remaining refreshing enough for this good weather we’ve just been blessed with. It’s become a new favourite in here and it won’t be the last time we reckon we’ll brew this. New classic so it is.
