”We’ve got our hands on some fresh cones of experimental hops from Saaz region. NŠH02 is a new aromatic variety designed for traditional Czech lagers. 1/4 Saaz in its origin leads to favourable ratio of alpha and beta acids with high farnesene content for pleasant woody and herbal aroma, typical for noble hops. We designed this triple-decocted lager with 100% pilsner floor malt to showcase its full potential.”
