This wild ale was blended from roughly equal parts Lambic-inspired beer aged 18 months, a wild Witbier aged 12 months, and a wild Tripel aged 12 months.
After blending, we refermented with local Orange Blossom Honey, black plums, black mulberries, blackcurrants, and blackberries. This fruity, jammy beer offers a fuller body than most of our wild ales, while finishing with our signature French oak tannins and Odd Breed funk.
